The first edition of the IST “Feasts & Flavors Collection of Recipes” Cookbook has been released. Filled with favorite recipes of Veterans, First-Responders, friends and supporters of IST are a reflection of who we are at IST. Because it takes a village to support each other, and no one can do it all alone. Some of the photos included are of IST teams and their rescue dogs. This cookbook is now available to the public for $10 each for purchase. Please contact ibisempertraining@gmail.com to order yours before supplies run out.

The Ibi Semper Cookbook, Volume 2 is here with 108 pages full of recipes, photos of our dog teams, a full page of favorite book recommendations, as well as a couple of pages with dog recipes. We have expanded our partnerships to support our teams, which means even more wonderful family favorites. Get your book for $20 each before they are gone. You can order by emailing ibisempertraining@gmail.com with the number of books, your contact information and method of payment. We accept credit cards, Venmo and PayPal. Thank you for your support for our Service Dog teams.

Doors open at 6pm, event starts at 6:30pm until 9pm.

Our last fundraiser for 2025 is WOOF WARRIORS Trivia Night! Please join us for a very fun evening at the Brunswick Elks Lodge with family, friends or co-workers. You can join an existing group and register as an individual for $20 or sign up as a team of 5-6 people for $100. Pre-registration with team names and number of participants is highly recommended prior to the event at ibisempertraining@gmail.com.

September 12th at 4pm to 11pm - Cobleskill Fair Grounds

The Day after one of the darkest days in American history – this country stood shoulder to shoulder. We set our difference aside and became one. This event is a tribute to that unity. This event calls on the car community, families, Veterans, First Responders, and Patriots of all ages to come together for an evening that honors the fallen, celebrates the Brave and supports the ones still serving.

September 13th - Caroga Arts Collective

Fulton County Regional SPCA in collaboration with Caroga Arts Collective, presents WOOFSTOCK - a dog-friendly music and arts festival to benefit Fulton County Regional SPCA! Join us at the historic former Sherman’s Amusement Park campus for a full day of music, art, and activities for the entire family (dogs too)! This incredible venue boasts 7.5 acres of open ground with stunning views of the lake and mountains! A full day of live music, Raffles/silent auction, Food trucks, Beer tasting, Non-musical performers, Vendors, Dog-friendly fun AND MORE!

September 27th at 10am to 4pm - Cobleskill Fair Grounds

The NYS Canine Expo is and educational opportunity to learn what motivates your dog. The two day event schedule will be packed with demonstrations, fun runs, trials, workshops and speakers covering a wide array of canine topics.

July 13th - 16th, 2026 - St. Louis, MO

The annual conference consists of two full days of conference formatting for administrative, veterans & first responders, mental health & dog training tracks. Join us Tuesday, July 15-16, 2026, at the St. Charles Convention Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This year, we are also including seminars & workshops prior to our conference. A 1-day Cynopraxic Training Principles Seminar with Steven Lindsay will take place on Sunday, Jul 13, 2025, and on Monday, July 14, 2025, there will be a Mental Health First Aid Workshop & Pet Tech Dog CPR & First Aid Certification.
