The first edition of the IST “Feasts & Flavors Collection of Recipes” Cookbook has been released. Filled with favorite recipes of Veterans, First-Responders, friends and supporters of IST are a reflection of who we are at IST. Because it takes a village to support each other, and no one can do it all alone. Some of the photos included are of IST teams and their rescue dogs. This cookbook is now available to the public for $10 each for purchase. Please contact ibisempertraining@gmail.com to order yours before supplies run out.

Please join us for our 5th annual PTS & Service Dog Awareness motorcycle ride at Brunswick Harley Davidson. You will be able to enjoy vendors, entertainment and we will have lunch and raffles at our end destination. You will support a Veterans & First Responders program that improves the lives of humans, as well as shelter dogs. Our Vendors are either Veteran owned businesses, benefitting Veterans or dogs. Our last fundraiser for 2025 is WOOF WARRIORS Trivia Night! Please join us for a very fun evening at the Brunswick Elks Lodge with family, friends or co-workers. You can join an existing group and register as an individual for $20 or sign up as a team of 5-6 people for $100. This conference creates opportunities for women Veterans to connect, engage and grow by providing resources, building relationships and support.
This year we have two days of funky time with the Adirondack Woof Stock for a great family event with lots of animals and activities. Stop by our table and possibly meet one of our dog teams.
This event features a woman veteran resolution and recognition in the Assembly Chamber, program with keynote speaker, vendors, and lunch.
Concluding National Pet Appreciation Week (PAW) June 1-7, 2025, at Colonie Center, shop with your pet June 7th, 2025! Show your pup some love and take them for a little getaway to Colonie Center. Stop by the Ibi Semper vendor table and get your treat bags (while supplies last) from other event vendors. Several tenants throughout the mall will have pet treats and watering stations.
Sonya Ward, Founder & Trainer for Ibi Semper Training, Inc., will facilitate a PTSD Workshop and explain the services she provides for free to Vets & First Responders. Some of her graduates, with their Service Dogs, will be present. The Workshop also includes the viewing of a documentary, “By My Side.” It has appeared in 40+ film festivals, won 10 awards, and has had over 25 community screenings! Also, Andrew S. Berry, Ph.D., Psy.D., ABPP - a subject matter expert on PTSD - will give a riveting one hour presentation followed by a Panel Discussion with other local resource providers. A boxed meal will be provided and a special Tour of The Wall That Heals will be conducted. Registration is required.

The annual conference consists of two full days of conference formatting for administrative, veterans & first responders, mental health & dog training tracks. Join us Tuesday, July 15-16, 2025, at the St. Charles Convention Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This year, we are also including seminars & workshops prior to our conference. A 1-day Cynopraxic Training Principles Seminar with Steven Lindsay will take place on Sunday, Jul 13, 2025, and on Monday, July 14, 2025, there will be a Mental Health First Aid Workshop & Pet Tech Dog CPR & First Aid Certification.
